High
Security Hinges Commonly seen as a weak spot to the would-be intruder, the unique high security hinge featured is fixed to both the vertical and horizontal axis of the PVCu. Coupled with this, the metal end cap has been designed to guide the locking point into place providing a firm weather-tight seal and a barrier to forced entry time after time. All hinges are tested to over 20,000 cycles (the equivalent of 55 years use) and meet the requirements for BS 7412 for corrosion resistance, so high performance is guaranteed. |

and roller locking—an uncompromising combination
The solid bi-directional locking bolts anchor the opener securely into the top and bottom of the frame and, with the roller locking, ensures the opener receives all-round protection. Central Deadbolt The steel central deadbolt acts in the same way as a door lock—shutting out potential attack from a jemmy or crowbar at the centre of the window. Positioned in a slim, durable gearbox, the deadbolt completes the locking mechanism that means that the Visage window meets the standard set by BS7950—the British standard that relates to a window’s protection against forced entry. |
